Upstream divestments

Envoi’s project divestment or ‘sell-side’ service involves the review, documentation, marketing, project and data room management, coordination and closing of upstream asset sales. This can comprise a corporate divestment, identification of new partners through a farmout of interest in exploration or appraisal / development projects, or straight sale of production.
